"Old family video tapes are too precious for me to want to just leave them at a fedex or ups store, so I really appreciated that William has a brick and mortar location where I was able to directly hand him the tape and he converted it to digital very quickly, within a week, and with impeccable sound and video quality. It was a surprise for my father's birthday yesterday- we got too watch never before seen footage of a trip to visit his parents back in the mid 90s, before they passed on. Everyone was in tears, so happy for the gift of hearing our loved ones voices again after so many years- thanks to William for providing such a great service for the community at an affordable price! I highly recommend Archive Washington and will bring more tapes here as soon as I go through our old storage boxes."
